Operators and future operators, workshop supervisors, production managers.

Prerequisites

Able to read simple instructions in French or English.

Indicative programme, tailored to each request.

    Module 1

    Getting to know the machine

    Operating principle, controls, manufacturer’s documentation and safety signage.

  2. 2

    Module 2

    Pre-start checks

    Visual checks, levels, guards in place, clear working area.

  3. 3

    Module 3

    Operation and routine adjustments

    Start-up, operation under load, adjustments the operator is authorised to make, normal shutdown.

  4. 4

    Module 4

    Abnormal situations

    Emergency stop, reporting a fault, making the machine safe before any work on it.

Assessment and attendance certificate

Practical assessment at the workstation and end-of-session questionnaire. Each participant receives a certificate of attendance issued by Samara Investe Maroc. It confirms attendance at the session and is not a diploma or a qualification.
