  • Verify the quantities delivered and spot discrepancies
  • Identify visible defects in aggregates, sand and cement
  • Note any reservations on the delivery note and organise storage after receipt

No prerequisites. Some previous site experience makes the practical scenarios easier.

    Module 1

    Delivery documents

    Purchase order, delivery note, technical data sheet: what each document must contain and how to match them.

    Module 2

    Quantities and measurements

    Weighing, counting, estimating a volume in a tipper or in a heap, and simple methods for spotting a discrepancy.

  3. 3

    Module 3

    Visual inspection of materials

    Cleanliness, moisture, apparent grading, condition of cement bags: the signs that should raise concern.

    Module 4

    Delivery reservations, refusals and storage

    Write a clear reservation, decide on a refusal, then store the materials so as to preserve their quality.

Assessment and attendance certificate

Practical scenario based on a delivery case and end-of-session questionnaire. Each participant receives a certificate of attendance issued by Samara Investe Maroc. It confirms attendance at the session and is not a diploma or a qualification.
