    Module 1

    Preparing the shipment

    Type and weight of the goods, packaging, delivery address and time slot, choice of vehicle.

    Module 2

    Transport documents

    Delivery note, consignment note, packing list: the role and content of each document.

  3. 3

    Module 3

    Tracking and incidents

    Checkpoints, keeping the customer informed, reservations on delivery and handling disputes.

Assessment and attendance certificate

Case study and end-of-session questionnaire. Each participant receives a certificate of attendance issued by Samara Investe Maroc. It confirms attendance at the session and is not a diploma or a qualification.
